Individual/Group Coaching Sessions from as little as £28.80

These sessions are designed to provide players, who may benefit from a more personal, detailed training session, with the opportunity to improve aspects of their game so that they may take full advantage of their ability and talent.

The coaching structure is based on full 90-minute sessions and includes agility, balance and co-ordination exercises, which are integrated seamlessly into the Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological components for each individual player. In addition, there is comprehensive consultation between player, parent and coach which enables us to design a truly individually specific programme for the player(s) in question.

In addition to the individual coaching programme, we also provide small group coaching sessions for players up to a coaching ratio of one coach to five players (ie: 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 1-5).  The benefit of this programme is that it allows the players to practice with team mates/friends and provides more game realistic scenarios, which would really develop the player(s) decision making skills, and which ultimately decides what standard a player eventually plays at.

We also devise an individually specific action plan, with key performance indicators to enable the player to see their own progression.  The performance documents / structure would be accessible to players / parents during the consultation process.

Our 1-2-1/group services are fast becoming one of our most popular coaching options, and they have already helped a number of players to take their individual game to another level.  The session can be booked singly or in blocks of 5 or 10, please note however, that due to the success and the individual nature of the programme, sessions may be limited.  If you would like to book a session or want more information email us
